Poco.（以下「運営者」）は「かえごろ・すてごろ」（Kaegoro & Sutegoro、以下「本アプリ」）および本サポートサイトにおいて、次のとおり情報を取り扱います。

1. 端末内のアイテム情報

アイテム名、写真、メモ、期限、交換・完了履歴、カテゴリ、保管場所、設定は端末内に保存します。本アプリはこれらの内容を運営者のサーバーやRevenueCatへ送信しません。アプリ独自のアカウント、クラウド同期、バックアップ機能はありません。OSのバックアップ等は端末設定やAppleのサービスに従います。

2. 写真・カメラ・通知

写真ライブラリとカメラは、ユーザーがアイテム写真の選択・撮影を行う際に使用します。選択した画像はアプリ専用領域に保存します。通知は端末内のローカル通知を使用し、リモート通知トークンは取得しません。通知を有効にしたアイテムの保存時に必要な許可を確認します。各権限は端末の設定から変更できます。

3. 購入・サブスクリプション情報

購入、購入の復元、契約状態の確認にAppleとRevenueCatを使用します。商品・取引識別子、購入・更新・有効期限、購入履歴、RevenueCatが生成する匿名アプリユーザーID、アプリ・端末・OS・地域などサービス提供に必要な技術情報が処理されます。目的は購入の検証、Premium機能の提供、復元、契約状態の管理です。AppleとRevenueCatのサーバー間でも購読状態を連携します。支払情報はAppleが取り扱い、運営者がカード番号を取得することはありません。

匿名IDは実名アカウントを要求しないための仕組みであり、購入情報が収集されないという意味ではありません。任意の広告連携、追加の端末識別子収集、SDKの任意診断収集は有効にしていません。

4. お問い合わせ

メールでお送りいただくメールアドレス、名前（記載された場合）、本文、添付ファイルを、回答、不具合調査、サポート対応のために使用します。メールはMicrosoft Outlookのサービスを通じて取り扱います。対応・記録保持に必要な期間保存し、不要になった情報は削除します。アイテム情報は問い合わせに必要な範囲に限ってお送りください。

5. 本サイトと外部サービス

本サイトはGitHub Pagesで配信します。運営者は広告、独自のアクセス解析、追跡用Cookieを追加していません。サイトの配信・セキュリティのため、GitHubがIPアドレスなどのアクセス情報を処理する場合があります。Apple、RevenueCat、Microsoft、GitHubが扱う情報には各サービスのポリシーが適用されます。情報は各事業者の提供地域で処理される場合があります。

6. 情報の管理と削除

本アプリは広告追跡や個人情報の販売を行いません。必要なサービス提供に伴う処理、法令に基づく対応を除き、問い合わせ情報を第三者へ提供しません。ローカル情報はアプリ内で削除できます。運営者が端末内データを遠隔で閲覧・削除することはできません。

問い合わせ情報や運営者が対応可能な購入関連情報について、開示・訂正・削除等を希望する場合は下記へご連絡ください。本人確認をお願いする場合があります。取引情報にはAppleやRevenueCat側の保持方針・法令が適用され、即時にすべてを削除できない場合があります。データ削除・アプリ削除はサブスクリプションの解約にはなりません。

7. 変更と連絡先

機能や取り扱いの変更に応じて本ポリシーを更新し、このページに最新版と更新日を掲載します。重要な変更は、必要に応じてアプリ内等でもお知らせします。

This policy covers Kaegoro & Sutegoro and this support website.

1. Local item data

Item names, photos, notes, dates, history, categories, storage locations and settings are stored on your device. The app does not send this content to the operator's servers or RevenueCat. There is no separate app account or app-managed cloud sync or backup. OS backups depend on your settings and Apple's services.

2. Permissions

The photo library and camera are used when you choose or take an item photo. Selected images are saved in the app's storage. Reminders are local notifications; the app does not obtain remote push tokens. Notification permission is requested when saving an item with reminders enabled. You can change permissions in device settings.

3. Purchases

Apple and RevenueCat process purchases, restoration and subscription status. This includes product and transaction identifiers, purchase history, purchase, renewal and expiry dates, a RevenueCat-generated anonymous app user ID, and technical information needed to provide the service, such as app, device, OS and region information. These are used to validate purchases, provide Premium access, restore purchases and manage subscriptions. Apple also sends subscription status updates to RevenueCat. Apple handles payment information; the operator does not receive card numbers.

An anonymous ID does not mean no purchase information is collected. Optional advertising integrations, additional device identifier collection and optional SDK diagnostic collection are not enabled.

4. Support emails

Your email address, name if supplied, message and attachments are processed through Microsoft Outlook to answer requests, investigate issues and provide support. They are retained as needed for support and related records, then deleted when no longer needed. Include only item information necessary for your request.

5. Website and service providers

This site is hosted on GitHub Pages. The operator adds no advertising, custom analytics or tracking cookies. GitHub may process IP addresses and access information for hosting and security. Apple, RevenueCat, Microsoft and GitHub handle information under their respective privacy policies linked above, and may process it in the regions where they provide services.

6. Control and deletion

The app does not sell personal information or perform advertising tracking. Support information is not shared with third parties except as necessary to provide the services described here or meet legal requirements. You can delete local information in the app; the operator cannot remotely view or delete your device data.

For access, correction or deletion requests concerning support or purchase-related information the operator can address, contact us below. Identity verification may be required. Apple and RevenueCat retention policies and legal requirements may prevent immediate deletion of all transaction records. Deleting data or the app does not cancel subscriptions.
